Bally’s Health & Fitness

At the time of construction this facility served as the premier heatlh club on the West side of Houston. This facility includes a olympic length pool, mens and womens wet/dry saunas, two aerobic rooms and raquetball court and main gym floor. The foundation for this building had to be completed in carefully planned out sections to accomodate for the varying elevations of floor finishes such as floating wood planks, tile at wet areas, sports court and rubber mats in the weight area. Building package was purchased as a pre-engineered metal building and dressed up wit exterior finishes including brick, EIFS, storefront systems, and metal decorative panels.
