Sunrise Lakes Center II

This campus is comprised of two separate buildings including a 4 story office with parking below and an adjacent 2 story retail building. Construction features extensive Class A high end interior finishes including precast lobby fireplace, wood and travertine flooring in common areas, double elevators and custom metal railings. Working together with the City of Pearland this was the second multi story office building within city limits at the time. Construction was completed on schedule in Spring 2007.
