General Contracting
Providing the complete means and methods to be used in the construction/ execution of the project in accordance with the contract documents. Said contract documents usually include the contract agreement including budget, the general and special conditions and the plans and specification of the project that are prepared by a design professional. As general contractor it is our responsibility to supply all material, labor, equipment, (engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. It is common for the general contractor to subcontract part of the work to other persons and companies that specialize in these types of work.
Design/Build
The design and construction aspects are contracted for with a single entity known as the design-builder or design-build contractor, usually the general contractor. This system is used to minimize the project risk for an owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. The design-builder is the contractor, the design professionals are typically retained directly by the contractor.
Construction Management
Serving as a construction consultant, providing budget review, overview or supervision and construction advice to a project.
